How do we not sound cliché about our service? There are many great hotels that strive to provide exceptional service. Of course we want Hotel Veritas to be one of the best hotels in Cambridge, MA (and beyond.) We want to provide our guests with an experience that they won’t find anywhere else. We want our hotel to be special.

How do we do it? Well, we seek out the best possible staff that has the personality, intellect, and passion to take care of our guests. We give them the full ability to do whatever it takes to provide our guests with what they need. We give them a work environment that is spectacular and we appreciate their hard work. When our incredible staff is happy and fulfilled, they will work so very hard to do whatever it takes to make our guests happy.

We also want our staff to look great, so the concierges and housekeepers are all wearing Brooks Brothers.
